LETTER FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Welcome to the SHARE Foundation, where we believe in the transformative power of technology to enhance the lives of individuals with severe disabilities.
Since our inception in 1982, the SHARE Foundation has been dedicated to enabling people with physical challenges to live with greater independence and fulfillment. It all began with a vision to empower individuals like Linda Texceira, whose life was profoundly changed by a custom computer system designed to meet her unique needs. From that pivotal moment, SHARE has grown to serve thousands of individuals, providing innovative adaptive technologies and unwavering support, all at no cost to our clients.
At SHARE, we understand that each person's journey is unique. That's why we take a personalized approach to every client we serve. We listen attentively to their stories, assess their specific needs, and tailor technologies and equipment to suit their abilities. Whether it's enabling someone to control their environment or to communicate effectively to stay connected with loved ones, our solutions are designed to empower.
Our commitment extends beyond just providing technology. We offer comprehensive training and continuous support to ensure that our clients, along with their families and caregivers, have the skills and confidence to maximize the benefits of our solutions. This holistic approach not only enhances independence but also fosters a sense of community and inclusion. As we look ahead, the SHARE Foundation remains steadfast in our mission to deliver hope and possibility through assistive technology. With the support of our dedicated team and the generosity of our community, we look to expand our reach and impact, empowering more individuals with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest.
Thank you for visiting us online. Whether you're exploring our services or looking to get involved, we invite you to join us in creating a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Warm regards,
Jack Dresser
